Seeking Hungry Personalities with a Thirst for Sales:
Who we are: We are a regional publication in a cut throat industry. We are not your typical corporate company, and we certainly color outside of the lines. Although we are based in Lee’s Summit, we run the gamut around KC and it’s surrounding metropolis. We publish a quarterly magazine that is based on a non-corporate mentality, where we pave our own way, and do things just a little outside of the ordinary!
Who we’re looking for: We’re in search of a go-getter. Someone who is hungry for the hunt, and brilliant at closing deals. There is a lot of territory to cover, and frankly, we need more manpower! We desire a sales sleuth with a proven history of success in building relationships and securing sales. You must be able to relate well with almost anyone, as there are all types in this environment. We want someone that will eat, drink, and sleep sales. Someone who isn’t afraid of cold calling, or being in the field morning, noon, and night. Someone with a knack for turning rejection into fuel to pound the pavement that much harder. Someone who comes in the door with the drive to soar past the quota we’ve set, and won’t stop until records are broken, and a plaque in your honor is gracing our walls. We have high expectations, but we feel the reward is definitely worth the risk!

Internship available for the Spring 2013 Season!!!
The Spring internship is from January through May (exact dates are flexible) and applicants must be able to commit at least two days a week.
Among various (fun!) administrative and organizational duties, intern will be conducting research for news and/or feature stories. Reporting, opportunities abound! Intern may also have the opportunity to work on editorial, wedding fashion, marketing / sales and website.
EA Bride Internships are unpaid, but fond memories are provided alongside real-life editorial experience. School credit is required for undergrads.
